My stay was excellent. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic. I would recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) It was easy to book. Dog friendly. Appeared newly updated.
Cons (-) The sink stank like sewer. And the waffle maker didn’t fully cook the waffles.
Pros (+) Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms are very clean and updated with good taste and elegance. It will be my choice to say next time I visit Mesa, AZ
Pros (+) The location to our function was great. There are a lot of dining establishments close by and the mall is across the freeway from the hotel.
Cons (-) When we arrived a 4 pm. we were told our room would not be ready for a half an hour. We explained we drove 5.5 hours and needed to tidy up before a dinner function at 5 p.m. We were asked to wait until a room was available. At 4:30 p.m. we were given a room.
