Pros (+) Perfect location, beautiful, historic, high-class, staff is VERY friendly/accomadating/helpful/welcoming
Cons (-) A bit outdated, in need of some renovations/modernization. It could be a truly luxurious experience if the lobby area were brought up to date. The piano bar/lounge could be wonderful if it were renovated. I envision something truly great in the future.
