Pros (+) Excellent customer service, room was upgraded, location was perfect.
Cons (-) They treat me great and respectful. And the only thing I have to say is positive things about this Hotel. They even let me stay for 3 more hours after check out with out paying any extra fees, like normally other places due.

Pros (+) Located is the best. Several attractions are at walkable distance. Staff is friendly and food is good.
Cons (-) Too small lobby, which appears crowded. Crammed front porch and there is almost no space to wait for your car pickup. Loud TV in lobby and bar is very annoying. Loud music in the business center (which costs extra) makes it difficult to focus and discuss or listen to phone calls. Internet is very slow.

Pros (+) The concierge was very helpful to us each day. He did a wonderful job in finding us a good driver and guide to help us explore the city and visit the pyramids. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to the Anthropology Museum , a nice shopping and restaurant area, and the hop on hop off tourist bus..
