very poor serice at the desk - when someone was present. They made commitments, then didnt followup - multiple times. Restaurant staff was friendly, but very slow to respond - multiple times. Luke Knutsen was excellent, when he was working things got done. I know his name becuase he stood out as the busiest and he initiated conversations to see if everything was ok.
Hotel is great and the Staff is amazing!

Front desk people and valet very polite...
...Other people working there, not so much. If you are a Hotel employee of no matter what you do, you have to make all the guest comfortable. Let them ride the elevator first for example, or let them go first through the hallway (specially if the guest has suitcases or bags), don't try to cut them off.

Housekeeping is horrible they don't clean your room they just straighten it up. I had to tell one of the ladies to clean the toilet just don't flush it and the majority of them don't speak English so they never understand what you're asking tgem
