Pros:Very clean, quiet, and well-kept! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff brought us extra towels without being asked (they saw that we had small children). Our room had a great view of the inner courtyard, but even the parking lot is pretty!
Cons:A microwave in the room would have been nice, otherwise everything was great!

Cons:The place was overbooked and they booted me out. Tried to offer me NOTHING. I put my foot down, complained and they finally moved me to another dump down the road. DO NOT stay here.

Pros:The location was pretty central to Miami, MIA and Fort Lauderdale. The surrounding retail and businesses were very robust. The onsite restaurant was good The restaurant staff was very friendly. The food was good. The grounds were well kept and very relaxing. The overall community vibe was laid back and relaxed.
Cons:THE STAFF IN GENERAL IS WEAK • The front desk personnel was a little surly • Not very attentive to requests and needs, phone calls were largely ignored. • The room cleanliness was borderline. I called about sugar ants I found in the room and nothing was done to resolve the issue. • The drains were partially clogged and a maintenance call was ignored.
