Cons:

After having a reservation and waited in line for an hour the guy from the rental came and told that the didn’t have any more cars. So whats the point on making a reservation if they are not enough organized to know how many cars they have available. Worst experience ever

Very slow check in Vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas so had to stop for gas immediately after picking up

Rented in Miami Beach. I don’t like the fact cars are not full of gas when rented out. We only had a 1/4 tank and had to find a gas station early on in the trip versus having it full at the start and then leaving it full

Intermediate SUV

The lady at Enterprise was so nice and helpful. I just wish on our return they would have called me back letting me know that they never received cars on the lot. I had to rebook with a different provider at the Key West Airport.
