Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service also received mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced rudeness or inattentiveness at the front desk. Bed comfort was also a concern for some, with reports of uncomfortable or worn-out beds and pillows. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and service issues detracted from the experience for many guests.
