Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, convenient for the beach and local attractions. The breakfast and pool were also highlighted positively by several guests. However, there were notable complaints about the service, with reports of unresponsive or unfriendly staff, and issues with room size and cleanliness. Some guests experienced problems with amenities not matching expectations, noisy environments, and maintenance issues. Overall, while the location, breakfast, and pool stood out as positives, there were several areas needing improvement, especially in service and room comfort.
