Pros (+) Room and bed were comfortable
Cons (-) Key cards would stop working after about 1 hour so we kept having to go to the front desk to get them reswiped. Staff was extremely unhelpful and actually rude a few times. Won't be staying in IHG hotels anymore.

The "policy" for the hotel was cancel at noon then day of arrival for reimbursement with no reimbursement of the first night. Understanding this I requested reimbursement of the second night.
