Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews highlight a convenient location and easy access to highways and nearby restaurants. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, describing staff as grumpy or unhelpful, and experienced issues during check-in and check-out. Breakfast quality and variety were frequently criticized, with several guests finding it minimal or poorly stocked. Bed comfort and cleanliness were also recurring concerns, with reports of uncomfortable mattresses and unclean rooms. Overall, while the location is praised, improvements are needed in service, breakfast, bed comfort, and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews
