9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room. Beautiful historical hotel. Lovely furnishings. Polite and helpful staff. Very good continental breakfast. Value for money.
Cons: Bed was too hard for me. No food available in the hotel so had to walk into town to find a restaurant. Would not normally be a problem but I have a bad hip so am trying to keep walking to a minimum.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in a beautiful old building in the centre of Moura. The rooms are large and the soundproofing is excellent. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety.
Cons: There was no lift so people with mobility issues or heavy bags might find it difficult to get to the rooms on the upper floors. However, the staff were on hand to help with bags if needed. Getting out of the car park means navigating a blind corner.
