Pros: Large comfortable room and shower. Room was very clean and well presented, good view of the street below. Fan, air-con, and international tv channels. The top floor cafeteria is exceptional; spotlessly clean and well staffed, the scrambled eggs were a surprise and outstanding. Very good cappuccino. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Very good street food both outside the building and around the Grant Road station.

Cons: No lift, and room dining is limited with only veg options. They will help you with bags and there are restaurants nearby which offers non-veg food.

Cons: The immediate location is not good unless you want to buy car tyres! It's a working area. Be careful of the 'Bar/Restaurant' places nearby … very dodgy and not places to call into for a quick beer.

Pros: The room was infested with cockroaches and on my bed. The toilet smell of sewage , area full of pimps and felt very insecure . I checked in 2am in morning and checked out out 5pm after looking and booked another hotel . Please booking .com can u give me refund of £ 289.00 I booked it for 9 days assuming it was nice decent place . I know booking .com will not be refunding me but do not go through booking .com ever for Indian hotels blindfolded like I did cos conditions are not habitual for humans . Im really disappointed with booking .com and hotel Swapna , it was a total loss financially and emotionally. Never use booking .com again
