Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the value for price and found the rooms comfortable, with some highlighting the convenience of balconies and quiet courtyard settings. However, a major recurring complaint was the broken elevator, which caused inconvenience, especially for guests with rooms on higher floors. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting issues. Despite these drawbacks, the positive atmosphere and service often compensated for minor shortcomings.
