The car electric/ gas. But there was no cord to charge it. The vehicle has almost 70000 kms. Was really beat and was delivered very dirty. The car seat also was extremely dirty with stains all over.

Car was decent, a little old but not bad. They were friendly and helpful and picked me up at the airport right away when I called. They did not send me the vehicle inspection and contract like they said they would when I picked up the car however when I dropped it off the guy was very helpful and sent it then. We did the car walk through together and had no issues.

Convertible
Rentscape were excellent. However the intermediary company qeeq.com were not and totally ruined our planned break. We had specifically booked a mini convertible but when we got to Rentscape office we were offered a Peugeot 308. The gentleman from Rentscape showed us the request they had from qeeq.com and they had sent in the wrong code. They had no other cars available and we were left with a Peugeot that we would never have booked We have lodged a complaint with weed.com but as of yet we have not had a reply This was a carefully planned trip and a convertible was a key part of this! Totally let down by qeeq.com and no professionalism in their after sales care Very disappointed!

They tried to give us a seven year old car that had torn seats and a massive dent in the driver's door. The car had clearly been in an accident. It was also not a large Mercedes SUV, which we'd ordered and paid for but a much smaller Crossover car. We stood our ground and were given a newer Ford Kuga. But it was filthy, had not been cleaned nor checked since it was returned by the previous renter. The agent in Nantes, where we collected the car, Jeremy said he would deduct 40 euro cleaning charge from the hire fee plus we could return it with less fuel. As we travelled on the motorway, we kept hearing a rattling sound from beneath the car. We checked underneath the car and found loose panels, which we tightened at a garage, but the noise persisted. Return at Lyon was ok, but they knew nothing about the fuel arrangement. I will never use Rentscape again.
