Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with the hotel's service, frequently mentioning the friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Cleanliness was another standout, with many reviews highlighting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The location was appreciated for its safety and proximity to restaurants and stores, making it convenient for travelers. The on-site restaurant and bar also received positive remarks for atmosphere and quality, though a few guests noted limited seating or disappointing food. Some negative feedback included inconsistent housekeeping, issues with in-room amenities, and occasional service lapses, but these were generally outweighed by the positives.

Pros (+) Great customer service. Always clean and welcoming.
Cons (-) I’ve stayed at the Arista for the past 6 years for business. It appears that the rooms need to be updated. The bed had a rip in the headboard. The shower tile grout was dirty.
