All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest. Pros: I booked a smoking room with a view. I got a non-smoking room with a view of a brick wall. When we requested to change we got another non-smoking room with a view but had to pay extra for it. We tried to book a balcony table on the roof top terrace for dinner and we were told there was no need to book. When we went to dinner we were not allowed to sit on the terrace as there was a private function happening and instead were lead into a small dull room at the back of the terrace and finally I have to say the meal we received was appauling, the worst meal we had for the entire trip. I would have liked to have been told about the additional costs for rooms with views at the time of booking and also we should have been told about the function as we would have gone else where. The only part of the stay I enjoyed was leaving. I would not recommend this hotel.

Also, when we were leaving we asked for a recommendation for a hotel in sorrento and Monica, a fabulous lady helped us to secure a hotel for 8 days. This was completely above and beyond and we very much appreciated it. She had also recommended a beautiful place for dinner near the hotel. Good helpful staff working in a hotel in a new city for visitors are worth their weight in gold, this lady in particular was exceptional!

Pros: The localization of the hotel is great, in the Chiaia region, the best neighboorhod in town. The hotel is very near to the best shops in Naples, such as Gucci, Armani and Louis Vuitton and another great shops, so you can reach the best of the city in a short walk. The hotel is also near to some good bars and restaurants (like the great pizzeria Matozzi) and to some streets that are closed to cars and are great to walk around, so within a walking distance, you have the best of Naples. It is also just three blocks form the subway station that leads to the central station. The hotel is very good, the room is very modern, new and clean, with a large ans clean bathroom with amenities. The only bad point is that they don´t have a safe box in the room, but they have in the reception. The staff is great, always ready to help you, the breakfast is very good and the hotel restaurant serves pretty good foods for lunch and dinner. I would recomend this hotel for everyone, me and my family really liked it.
