Pros (+) The staff were helpful and friendly especially the waiter in the breakfast area.
Cons (-) The breakfast wasn't as good as the location in Bowling Green. The bacon and eggs were cold. My husband ordered at the same time and received his food when we were finishing up.

Pros (+) Antonio at the front desk was very professional and very helpful. I had speedy check-in and check-out service. The hotel is right across the street from The Patterson house which had good appetizers and cocktails. The sorrounding area had plenty of dining options. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) The staff is nice, the rooms are really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and when I arrive late the staff provided me with go to menus so I could order food because room service was closed
Cons (-) When I arrived a certain person was checking me in and I had reserved a room with a king bed and a whirlpool, as I was checking and there was a gentleman next to me and a gentleman who was checking that person in and they gave my room to him even though he did not have reservations. The woman who checked me and made it up by give me free breakfast every morning but still if I had these reservation...
