We got upgraded so we were surprised to walk into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a kitchen and living room. It was awesome! My teenager felt so spoiled lol! They had a free shuttle service so we were able to get to broadway in no time! The walk isn’t bad though either! The breakfast was yummy and there was a lot to choose from.
On arrival the car valet did not lift a finger to help us unload our bags when we clearly had handicapped License plates. And the luggage cart had flat tires and was nearly impossible for my wife and I to push into the hotel and up to our room. We reserved a king size bed and there is no way this bed was a king. The front desk clerk said it was a king but it is not as large as the bed we had at the Holiday inn the next night. Poor experience for a Marriott property. Plus charging $29 for parking was a rip.
Location was good. Room and bathroom were clean.
The room was very clean and quite large. The front desk staff (Rachel) was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was okay. The waffles were good, but the biscuits and gravy were cold.
On Saturday night we tried to get the shuttle back to the hotel, but no-one was answering. We also tried the front desk at the hotel and were put on hold for 20 minutes. We ended up walking from downtown Nashville to the hotel, so we were not impressed with the shuttle service at all!
Staff was kind and professional.
Working microwave, stocked room with pot and pans for cooking. Soap or shampoo in the room. A sofa bed that didn't turn into a taco when my 5yr old tried to sleep on it. A poor without mold mildew or rust in/ on it.
Perfect room set up for what we wanted. We got two rooms behind one door that way my husband and I could have a room and my mom could have a room and we had privacy.
I liked that the hotel offered a shuttle, but when they would estimate time they would say 10-15 mins. At times it took the shuttle over 45 mins to get to the hotel. I just wish they were a little more transparent on the timing.
