Cons: None.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location and the staff were excellent.
Cons: Don't go here if you are expecting international hotel standards. The facility need a complete refurbishment and upgrade if it's going to aspire to meet international hotel standards. The rooms were sparse and old. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows awful. The WiFi was virtually non existent throughout the facility.

7.1 Good
Pros: Location, Pool facilities, Pizza's are good, most other food we ordered was also nice.

Pros: Nothing! It was terrible as it was also for members! Only two restaurants with mediocre food and not a complete menu. No seating on weekends due to total bookings by members! Not a getaway.
7.9 Good
Pros: the place itself is stunning with lots of facilities that you can enjoy; we loved the greeneries coz it’s so relaxing; the staff are accommodating; check-in/out process was smooth;
Cons: the door towards the balcony in our room has a defective lock; noise coming from the ground floor bar can be heard at our room at the 6th floor especially at night

6.3 Good

5.8 Okay
Pros: The pool is ok
Cons: It is expensive and they do not clean the beach.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staffs were friendly. Great foods offered at the restaurants. We specially loved the classic beef burger there, juicy and tender
Cons: Have to wear the arm band 24/7 during our stay, don't like this. Have to pay for most of activities within the resort
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Aside from the beach and pool, they have other ameneties such as play area for kids, bowling, billiards, darts, game area. Everything has a fee though. I like the concept of the pool. It was well thought of. My 1 year old baby boy as well as my 2 yr old baby girl really enjoyed the pool. I think it was a bit heated. Since the location is at the mountains, there were a lot of trees. It adds to the relaxing feel of the area. There was no fried chicken served during breakfast. We thought of asking because my babies loved it. They cooked fried chicken for us and even asked how we want it cooked (e.g. do we want to add salt only or salt and pepper). Chocolate batirol was also not part of the drinks selection. Only milo. But when we asked for it, they happily prepared for us. We asked for a lot of extra pillows because I have 2 babies so I can prevent them from falling off the bed. They were quick in giving us the pillows and they don't charge extra for that. The beach has brown sand (not a problem because the texture was fine). It has big waves which my babies enjoyed. Kind of similar to the waves at Puerto Princesa resort we stayed at last November 2018. Our family played bowling too. It was super fun! Although they impose that beach towels are given at the room and has to be brought back to the room again, i think.it was an effort in teaching the guests some discipline. It made the use and request of towel organized and guests are forced to bring it with them instead of leave it at the beach area. We told them we were celebrating our annivesary. They surprised us with a cake in our room. The staff were polite including the guards on duty.
Cons: The food selection is not vast considering that the only option is to eat at the resturants within the resort. We only stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and since the food selection is limited, we are stuck at eating food we have ordered before. One of the rooms we stayed at has a sticky.floor. i am expecting that upon check-in, the room has been swept and better yet cleaned with soap and water. I am guessing it was sticky because of the salt water from the beach. It was off.peak and they offered a room upgrade for a fee. It was a small amount but would be nice if it was given for free. The bacon served during breakfast was not crunchy. We had to pay for a cabanna. 700 pesos for 4 hours. The umbrellas by the beach were few and when we arrived, everything was occupied. No choice but to rent a cabanna. It would be nice to charge it per hour because not everyone will stay for 4 hours straight at the beach. We ordered coffee - caramel macchiato and cappucino and my rating would be a 1 (1-5, 5 is the highest). It was not awful but given we are not paying for a 3 in 1 coffee cost, I am expecting that the coffee would taste better. The coffee we brew at home is waaaayyy better. They dont have a connecting room that offers 2 queen size bed for each room. Since they offer room service, it would be nice to have an area in the room where we can eat. Maybe add a table and chairs. But with the current room size, it's no longer feasible. There's a table at the small terrace outside the room but the area is soo small. The life guards are very keen on checking the activities of the people swimming. They would call the attention of the guests if the standards are not met. I like the cash less payment type. It kind of.minimize if not eliminate possible theft from employees. I hope they have zero fraud incidents since everything is being done via credit card or debit card. Card details nowadays are easily stolen.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Oh the place is superb! It’s an excellent place to relax when you need some time to clear your head... Relaxed, refreshed, recharged. The staff are nice and helpful.
Cons: The food.
7.9 Good
Pros: Not the breakfast. Our check-in clerk was rather curt. Room service staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. Swimming pools are clean with more than ample lifeguards. Beach was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean.
Cons: Breakfast was so-so. Egg omelet was the main stay. Only fruit on the buffet was watermelon. No cereal, no wheat bread, No sausage, no bacon, no potatoes. Pineapple juice that did not taste quite right. No orange juice, no milk. Food quality overall was fair to poor. EX: Tuna melt is not a tuna melt. It is a sandwich on white bread with little tuna. Not grilled and nothing melted. Children 7 years old and above are treated as adults which was a real drawback for us as we have 2 sons-ages 8 and 10. We were forced to reserve a separate room for them-something I will never do again-just keeping the keys straight was a hassle. Housekeeping is short-staffed. We had to call 3 times to have only the towels changed. Fresh sheets did not come until after the 2nd night.
