Pros (+) This hotel was not very clean. Carpets re stained. Curtains had weird stains all over.

Pros (+) Good breakfast, good location and has a covered parking (very expensive though and not complimentary for hotel guests).
Cons (-) The rooms are beginning to show wear and they could be maintained better. My bed base had a visible tear in the fabric, one of the drawers was not working properly and it's face fell off.
