This is a beautifuly keep Historic House. The staff was very helpful especially for my wife who has special needs. I always looked forward to the morning breakfast and just sitting in the Courtyard.....

Tour of house was excellent and very informative and lady who was at reception was very pleasant.
The room service was appalling as on our first nights return the bed has not been made and nothing had been touched.When trying to contact someone no-one came to the room until we contacted emergency number three times.However his attitude was not good and we would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.Also it seemed very strange that we only received a continental breakfast on our first morning but after our complaints about the lack of room cleaning on the first night we were given a full cooked breakfast for the second morning
