Cons (-) The facility was filthy. Broken windows and others boarded up or replaced with plexiglass. Elevator barely worked. The entire hotel smelled. We went into the room and wouldn't even put our bags down because it was so filthy. Went back to the front desk and told the clerk we would not stay there. Clerk would not give us a refund stating that she was not authorized and their policy was not to refund...

Cons (-) First off my reservation was for 2 I got there at 130 and they wouldn't let me check in till 3 then they charged my card an extra 140 for my little dog which I was not informed of at all and wasn't stated anywhere online.
