Eggs were extra fluffy and the bed was super comfy, great pillows
Missing a plate for one continental breakfast and missing a plate for room service continental.
Great location and nice rooms, this is my go-to hotel to stay in New York.
WiFi internet broke at some point, it took support half a day to fix it. Gym is tiny and not very well equipped.
New Year’s Eve price for room was ridiculous although decent , clean accommodations. All hotels capitalizing on the holiday - no other cheaper option.
Great location for Meatpacking, Chelsea and West Village
We’ve been staying here regularly over the last 10 years. The rooms are beginning to look and feel tired now. Old room furniture and bathrooms etc.
The location is perfect. Great neighborhood. Friendly doorman and valet.
