Great location - although located in central downtown, it's quite silent. Spacious and recently renovated rooms in charming old building with good tea and coffee facilities inside.
Just one restaurant & bar at the ground floor; no swimming pool in 5* hotel. Very high price for breakfast and strange extra 25 usd / person fee included in the room price which you need to spend in hotel's bar till midnight each day, otherwise it's gone.
One of my favorite in New-York
Clean room. Luxurious lobby. It was a memorable weekend as my fiancé and I got engaged in the hotel lobby. Coincidentally I proposed in front of the hotel manager. She introduced herself and congratulated us. She later surprised us with a bottle of champagne and strawberries in our room. A memorable experience.
Thin walls. Easy to hear the people in the next room.
Had to change room was not as nice. Very noisy. Very expensive.
Very attractive decor, comfortable bed. Extremely helpful and polite staff. We were in the city for a family wedding and needed lots of assistance from the staff. They could not have been more helpful.
