Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location, with many noting its proximity to great restaurants, bars, and attractions in the Lower East Side. The service is frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, especially at the front desk and housekeeping. Cleanliness receives positive mentions, with several guests highlighting well-maintained rooms and public areas.
