Pros (+) location was great and staff excellent!
Cons (-) Bathroom plaster was flaking off. 1980 jetted tub that does not look like it work but would be a fool to try given the appearance. Heavy dust on vents.

Pros (+) The location of the Inn is great, right in the centre of Balboa. The inn itself seemed charming but we unfortunately had a terrible experience here.
Cons (-) Having arrived at the hotel with three rooms booked, confirmed and prepaid, we were informed the hotel was sold out, that we should have been notified of the cancelled booking and nothing could be done. The staff made no attempt to relocate us, offer us any kind of compensation and in fact were rude and condescending. A frustrating and disappointing experience all around.
