Pros (+) Room was clean, bed comfortable, majority of the staff was polite and friendly, pool area was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Great close location to Niagara Falls.

Cons (-) Too start we got locked out of our room and the guy had to come and change the door lock and moved us to another room which had a very small tub, the lights didn't work, and the tv didn't work. I ended up fixing the lights by myself by fiddling inside the outlet (which I shouldn't have had to do.) The breakfast was more like getting trampled on for the last muffin or little splash of what was left...
