“The food was super. A huge dinner and an even bigger breakfast. The water was nice to soak in even though there wasn't a view. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I couldn't speak much Japanese they made me feel very comfortable.”
“The dinner is fantastic with pork/fish as main dishes, and the breakfast is traditional Japanese food. The hot spring is public, and you could upgrade to the private one with additional cost. The staff are super welcome, and the location is near to the bus station and other attractions.”
“The location is great, near the bus terminal (less than 5 minutes walk) and nearby convenience store and other shops (e.g. sweet shops, pizzeria, 100 yen shops). Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast and the onsen as well.”
“The ryokan is close to the bus station and also to the Hell valley, so you can walk everywhere from it. The dinner was delicious and the breakfast is quite good. I enjoyed a good stay in the onsen. I was traveling alone but it's a good place to stay in group too, as the room are quite spacious.”
“The food served for dinner (we didn't take the breakfast plan) was high-end restaurant quality (presentation and taste-wise). Room was tidy and clean and the people are very nice and polite. Location is just in the center of the North Noboribetsu downtown area and just 5 minutes walk from the famous Jigokudani site.”
