Pros: It was the only place available for less than $300/night
Cons: My room was next to the elevator and should have been a storage closet. I wasn't told while booking about either. Arrived at 8 and the pool was already closed, not to reopen until 10 the next morning. Night attendant told my super disappointed son to ask the day crew and they would open early since we arrived and and needed to check out the same time it opened. Day desk attendant was irritated that I even asked and refused. Why close so early? There's no life guards so what difference does it make? A huge puddle of still water blocked my door and we had to jump over it to leave or enter. Still sat in the A.M. when we checked out.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Pool was small, but clean and warm and lovely, with plenty of toys and fun slide. Grateful for mini fridge and nicely stocked mini kitchen. Location was good, quiet. Near laundry and nice grocery store.
Cons: Room could use updating. Stove top ancient, flat screen tv rather small. Bathroom tiny.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location for the boardwalk and beach in the summer time. In the winter its still in the heart of town where your a short walk or ride from all the places that stay open in the winter months. The price is perfect and the rooms are clean.

Pros: I enjoyed how close it was to the board walk and how it included all you’d need on a vacation. Great that it includes a pool and an outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach.
Cons: A little a pricey for the room size, but understandable for the most part due to the summer season. Most motels in the area are about the same price anyway.

Pros: 2-room suite was spacious, had flat screen tvs in both bedrooms and the living room, clean up service came in to change out towels and remove trash, had a full size fridge and fridge-top freezer, oven, stove, and microwave complete with dishes.
Cons: The screen door didnt close and blew open and closed on the windy days.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, recently renovated. Beach location is perfect and an easy one mile walk from the boardwalk chaos. Pool and sun decks were nice.
This Wildwood motel is a 5-minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk and is an 8-minute walk from Morey’s Piers amusements. An outdoor swimming pool is on site. Each guest room at the Mango Motel features a microwave, refrigerator, and cable TV. Some rooms have a full kitchen and dining area. Guests can relax in the outdoor hot tub at the Wildwood Mango Motel. A terrace and a picnic area with barbecue facilities are also available for use. Wildwoods Convention Center is a 10-minute walk away. The Adventure Pier amusements are a 5-minute walk away.

Pros: Our annual trip to the shore includes two related married couples, so we always try to find a place really close to the beach that has a room with two large beds. Last year we stayed at the Tropicana and thought it was okay–not well taken care of but the location was good. This year I took a shot booking a room at the Mango after reading mixed reviews–it appeared to me that the negative reviews were perhaps isolated incidents and need not be taken too seriously. One block farther away from the beach and $20 cheaper, Mango blew Tropicana out of the water! The distance made no difference because it is already on the road we take straight to the boardwalk–short walk away–and for $20 less we got a nicer room (wood flooring), better amenities (flat screen tv and better beds), cleaner facilities, super friendly manager, better parking (they have 2 lots), and perhaps a bit more family friendly, if you're looking for that. We were well pleased with our stay, and give bonus points for being allowed to stay in the side parking lot with our parking tag for the rest of the day we checked out without having to pay for parking anywhere! Super sweet! We booked the room through Kayak, and there were no problems–just showed ID and the card used, signed the receipt, and got the key. We didn't even have to formally check out when we wanted to leave and hit the beach–we just left the key in the mail slot. We'll likely stay here again for future trips to the shore!
Cons: Water pressure in the shower was light and temperature fluctuated a bit, bit this isn't really a problem. We were there for the beach and salt water, not awesome showers; so, not a big deal.

Pros: It was an okay place for the weekend. The beds went that comfortable an don't use there towls. There all stained. They keep the cleaning supply an towls in a garidge. It was a good price that why we went there. Don't think I would want to be there when its crowded there. We only had a few rooms with people from what I could tell.

Pros: I really liked the clean sheets and the two blocks to the boards was an easy walk. The motel is a bit older, but well kept. Could use some updating, but nothing is in terrible need of repair.
Cons: What I didn't care for: Blackout curtains ONLY. Would have liked some other curtains to allow in sunlight without allowing EVERYONE to see inside the room.

Pros: Nice pool, hot tube. We were on the second floor and had a good view. The room was cleaned and comfortable. We got a two bed and also had a table to eat and space for our luggage.

Pros: The location was good and they had free parking.
Cons: This hotel is the worst but it is good as a last minute stay due to everybody being booked. The sink didnt work so we only had the tub water. The bathroom stanked due to the toilet needing to be cleaned. This hotel need up grades no flat screen tv and rusted refrigerator. This hotel has 3 floors and no elevator so i you cant do steps then dont stay here. I couldnt wait to leave i will never stay there again.

Pros: It was a stones throw from the board walk, morey's pier and beach, you can park your car and go! Room was freshly clean, sheets clean, microwave and mini fridge! Good for what we paid, would stay again. And when owner said no smoking he meant it, our room didn't have faintest hint of smell. Could not get into room until 3, but let us check in at noon and gave us a parking pass for their lot so we didn't have to pay for metered parking.
Cons: I didn't like how loud some of the other guests were. Hotel management was very nice at check in, but their presence is not on site, you have to walk to another hotel to check in, which is literally seconds away so no big deal. Not that management wasn't reachable because they were, and the other guests should have been more considerate. Turned the AC on, drowned them out some, but kids yelling from room to pool is a bit much. I just think if someone was in the building, guests might stay more in line. Super small parking lot, but it's FREE :) only one plug in lamp to light the room after dark, could use more lighting, and really need an electric outlet in the bathroom. Hard to use a blowdryer in the same outlet as the bed side lamp which is behind the night stand or atleast add another mirror in the room itself. Still great value for price!
