Yet, as noted, it is a resort all on its own and could be a great destination for a family or group vacation.

After all, the list of amenities available is fairly astonishing. There is a massive pool facility with hot tubs and a sundeck along with several water slides and even a “volcano” fountain in the center. The property also has a poolside bar, fitness center, hot tub and jacuzzi area, tennis courts, miniature golf, a gaming area with table tennis and other activities, and even a billiard room (for a fee). There is a business service center, a mini market on the premises, several picnic and barbecue areas, free parking, a ticketing desk to save time at the local attractions, a tour desk, massage services (for a fee) and more.

The rooms are a good match to the rest of the property and feature separate living rooms and kitchens along with large bedrooms. Cons:They didn’t clean the rooms each day. You could here the guest in the room adjacent to yours as if they were in the room with you. It was horrible.

Pros:The location is very near attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The appearance and furnishings are very modern.
Cons:The parking was limited. The lamps did not work and the air did not cool the room. The room was located next to the elevators and that noise kept us up at night.

Pros:Rooms were spotless and clean.
Cons:Some of the doors dividing room does have gaps underneath the permit sound to travel right through it. It's like living with another family in your room that you don't know. Front desk staff were poorly trained and didn't seem to know how to deliver customer service. This is definitely not a Diamond experience.

Cons:Additional undisclosed resort fees even when rooms were prepaid. Internet service was good, but $5 per device per day. No housekeeping unless you are staying for more than one week. Littel to no concierge services. No business center or even minor services. Nickel and dime attitude and feel.

Pros:Everything was great once we got checked in.
Cons:They sent me an email to check in early. So I checked in the day before and let them know what time we would be there. It still took them about 5 hours to get a room cleaned for us. You'd think with them knowing what time time I was showing up they would let their cleaning staff know to have a room cleaned. That was my only complaint. Other wise great stay.

Pros:Probably won't go back very small the sister grand villas across the street was better last visit
Cons:Very loud and cramped and found a couple of roaches, no room service either

Pros:Studio was fine, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the freeway. Didn't use any of the facilities such as the pool. No resort fee, and no parking fee is a big plus.
Cons:No elevators, so went back to the front desk for another room. No daily maid service, so bring your own coffee refills. No fridge.
