Close to airport
When we arrived the front desk staff was not friendly. Later in the evening we went to use the tv and it didn’t work, the only option given to us was to move rooms at 8pm with a small child. And finally we went to leave and had the shuttle scheduled at checkout and after waiting 10 minutes we asked if it took awhile??? Front desk response he would be there at 520am our scheduled pick up time was 450am. So we had to spend another $20 for an Uber so we wouldn’t miss our flight. The entire stay was less than favorable and staff are not friendly. They act as if you are annoying them.

No room service. Rooms not very clean. Visa was charged 4 times therefore had to get bank to issue a dispute to get reimbursed. Some staff were rude.

Location
Housekeeping stole money out of my bookbag. Room was dirty even after they cleaned it. Was charged a smoking in the room fee and I dont even smoke. We had an ant problem in our room. The bad isnt comfortable what so ever. On Saturday night all you hear is people racing cars up and down the street. Looking for a hotel DON'T STAY HERE!
