Cons:Horrible! Worse hotel and staff ever. Upon check in gave me a key to an occupied room. Then next room was disgusting and smelled like marijuana. Did not stay, left after that.

Pros:When I arrived to check in I was given keys to a room that was already given away hours ago. I was accused of not telling the truth and treated horribly. When given another key I asked for a discount or something to compensate the inconvenience..I was then yelled at and pointed at in my face by the staff member and told to be happy with what I got. I contacted Customer Relations and was told the manager would contact me within 72 hours and there has still been no call. No prpce is worth the service I received. So again my experience was horrible.

Cons:One day i came back 2 PM and the room was still without cleaning a half an hour the cleaning lady came but i was about to take a shower so i tell her if she can come later and then when i came back at night the room was not clean so she never came back.

Pros:I loved that I booked this hotel about 3 hours before I checked in and I received very good rates! The location was very close to Universal and easily accessible to Uber taxi!

Cons:I was told it was closer to convention center before booking it. I spoke to 2 staff members. I ended up spending a lot on cabs. The website says restaurant and bar. It's a tiki hut by the pool! What a joke!
