The hotel location was great except the staff is not so friendly and unfortunately we found roaches in the room
The location of the hotel is great and the front staff was also great. That is as far as what is the good about the hotel. For the bad… - the stairs to the upper levels smelled like urine - the big garbage bins outside the rooms were always overflowing - the room smelled as if a smoker lived there for years and there was also a constant marijuana smoke smell coming out of the vents (you can also smell marijuana smoke outside as you walk through other rooms) - the TV in the room did not work - the beds in the room were old, squeaky and I felt if I slept on it wrong it would collapse - there were parts of the baseboard/ crown molding falling - the room cleaners came to my room once during my almost week stay and just dropped off more shampoo / soap and not clean or made the bed (I didn’t make a mess but had some garbage in the small garbage bin in the room) - the toilet stopped flushing at one point (it was not filling the basin) and the seat was not attached - at one point I was afraid that gunshots would be fired or someone was going to be hurt as there were guests fighting what sounded like right in front of my door and they were screaming at each other while their children were crying - last, but not least… there were little baby cockroaches running around on the floor, the walls, nightstand and in the bathroom
