Pros (+) Good location, great suite-style rooms. Easy shuttle to get to parks in the morning.
Cons (-) Free breakfast was included, but not the highest quality (limited fruit and healthy options). Shuttles to parks were convenient, but the times were very rigid - the return times were well before close and not ideal for trying to fit all the activities in.

Pros (+) Full kitchen, bathroom sink area separated by a door from the toilet and shower, large rooms. This space is ideal for any family on an Orlando vacation and perfect for our family of five.
Cons (-) The beds are seriously worn out, and the mattresses are sagging in the middle. Too bad, because the rest of the facility is really well done.

Cons (-) Really Bad WIFI Connection. Very few electrical sockets in room. You had to disconnect a lamp to charge phone or laptop.

Pros (+) The facility, location, staff is all fantastic. This was my 4th time staying there and each and every time has not been one issue. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I always use a King Suite room.
