Pros (+) I felt like it was on of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was exceptionally pleasant. The location in relationship to Lake Eola Park was perfect.
Cons (-) We love a soft bed but ours was super saggy and hurt our hips and back. Our room was on the side facing the street and you could hear everything that was going on outside. I know the hotel couldn’t have done anything about it, but if you plan on staying while an event is happening in Lake Eola Park, just be prepared to hear it.
