The place was wonderful! The location was great, in a quiet residential area, but very close to the vibrant Palma Beach, restaurants and bus stops. Food was also excellent and very varied. Staff was also very nice and helpful. Thank you!

All the staff are very friendly. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as well as the personel in the dining room.The location is great, very close to the beach.
They could clean the rooms better. The floor was a little bit dirty and there were ants in the rooms.

Great main hotel, wonderful food, great pools. Our room in Nets was basic, but clean, beds comfortable, airconditionig working great.
It can get very loud in Nets hotel during the night. There are a lot of young grops, but they didn't party at the hotel, they just came late to the hotel and were loud. Also secound pool by the restaurat was a bit dirty - a lot of bird poo all around also on deckchairs and a lot of pine needles in the pool, but they cleaned the pool on our last day (we were there for 5 days).

Dirty room with dust everywhere and hair on the pillows and floor. The shower is old and with problems, it feels like I should not touch anything. The elevator is the worst, the reception is far way.
