Pros:
Staff was abusive, and would not honor the Kayak booking. Told me not to book with Kayak anymore as Enterprise does not honor the confirmation. I had to drive an hour out of town to get a rental car at the last minute. Then I had to pay $100 to drop it off in Collingwood. Won't book again.Cons:
The worst service I've ever been subjected to. Not only would they not recognize the booking confirmation from Kayak but accused me of trying to trick them by using the Kayak third party booking service instead of calling directly. Ended up costing me 3x more due to last minute need for car.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I had made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at a different location from where I rented it but when I got there at the arranged time it was closed. No one told me that it would be closed!Avis
