I liked the location of the hotel. Staff should be more friendly. The hotel should have house keeping services for the rooms. We stayed for 6 days and no house keeping services. We asked for towel and it took 5 phone calls. When we asked for late check out front desk point blank told us “NO”. Several times I passed by staff and I had to say hello to them instead of them welcoming.

Pros (+) The bell captain, kristrian, was wonderful and helpful in every way. The valet guy was also friendly, along with any other staff that night!

Pros (+) We went down to the gulf to start our New Year with a small adventure. Oh, and such a nice adventure it was. We got to the hotel and checking in was a breeze, to the point we asked if there where any gulf view rooms available and low and behold. There was!! Pros (+) The Ac was nice & cold, short walk to the beach

Cons (-) The receptionist said there were no other rooms available & gave us 2 queen beds even though we paid for a King bed room.We were supposed to get a King bed but didn't, the room was cleaned in the evening & was remade with Sandy sheets on the bed. The ice bucket was never cleaned or poured out.
