Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's strategic location near Sunway Lagoon, eateries, and shops, making it very convenient for visitors. The staff were often described as friendly, helpful, and professional, contributing positively to the guest experience. Many found the hotel to be a good value for money, especially for short or budget stays. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms and old interiors, and some guests reported noise disturbances and problems with the air conditioning. Overall, the hotel is praised for its accessibility and service, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and soundproofing.
