2.0 Poor
Checked in at 1030 at night with my 2 young children before my wedding and was told strictly 21 and older hotel and no kids. Wasn’t told that explicitly anywhere on the website when I booked hotel. Had to drive them tired and fussy to a family member and then back to check in again the night before my wedding now exhausted and stressed. Room smelt horribly of cigarettes and weed, warm, hard scratchy carpet, uncomfortable furniture and when I hung up my wedding dress the wooden bar of the closet broke on me. Had to be switched to another room, same type of room. Finally able to relax by 1200 midnight. Shower rusty, paint peeling, no bathroom soap, few towels and again very warm. Only saving grace was a comfortable bed. 1/10.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Everything was very nice, but I especially liked the pool area.
Cons:The stairs to the roof terrasse was next to my room and someone was unlocking that gate at 7:30 every morning, with less then a quiet manipulation. Other then that, no complaints what so ever. i loved the place.
A
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:We spent most of our time at the pool it was a great relaxing atmosphere the only drawback was that the pool closed early
Cons:We didn't like that the pool closed so early

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Great, helpful staff; Arty and comfortable; Delicious bistro / bar; Wonderful rooftop bar / open lounge with live music. Convenient location and easy covered parking.
Cons:In Phoenix!
A
7.7 Good
Cons:There was a dj poolside all day, then a jazz band played on the roof directly above me until 10:00 pm. 7:00 am kids yelling bloody murder in the pool, if you don't like sleep this is your spot

7.7 Good
Pros:Excellent staff , great swimming pool for all ages , low cost meals , happy hour every afternoon , bands playing most nights
Cons:Luke warm water for showering and shaving took ages to obtain , towels old
A
4.0 Mediocre
Pros:Restaurant was good. Junior suite was spacious.
Cons:No hot water so cold showers all weekend. Towels were old and not very soft. Combo shower/bath was old/cheap. Blinds wouldn't close completely in living room area so privacy was an issue - especially since you could see through to the bedroom. Overall impression is that they took an old, run down 2 star hotel and tried to updated it with hipster accents. I've seen it done well elsewhere but here they fall short.

10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Lady at the front desk was very helpful finding me food at 12pm.
A
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:Breakfast. $10 voucher for the in-house restaurant. Rooms & beds were clean and sharp.
Cons:I booked a Sunday night stay. Apparently they were all-booked for the night before, and after I arrived 30 minutes before normal check in time on Sunday, and they couldn't accommodate me for those 30 minutes and made me wait until the normal check in time.
A
4.2 Mediocre
Pros:Location was good for what I needed. Other than that, stay away. Bedding was clean, staff was attentive and polite, but the place has not been maintained. At all. The property may have ranked a 4 star rating long ago, but it honestly looks like that was the last time they even spent a dime on upkeep of the structure. Again, the employees were great, but the place is a dump.
Cons:Room had carpet that was withered and frayed, looked like it had been installed in the 80's. As if that wasn't enough of a tip off, there were several huge stains that literally looked like a donkey had urinated a few times - again, quite a while ago. Air vents have not been cleaned since the last century, so if you are into breathing spores, other people's skin cells, and bacteria - this place is for you. I also had the pleasure of sharing the suite with a loud buzzing noise every 55-60 seconds. Sounded like a cell phone on a table vibrating. After a few nights of putting up with this, I decided to investigate. Really with I had not... first I found a huge 36" x 16" hole hacked out of the wall behind a mirror hanging in the connecting hallway to the front room. This had some other mismatching hunk of drywall dangling in it, not really doing much to seal the hole. Emergency plumbing repair unfinished? Maybe the source of the camel pee stains, don't know. Finally, I found the item responsible for the 55 second interval alarm... behind the vent in the ceiling, a cheap recirculation pump was mounted with no thought for vibration dampening. Seriously, this thing was absurdly annoying. Honestly, I've seem far better maintained rooms in a Motel 6 or Super 8, I expected much better from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
