Pros: The hotel design and décor are excellent. The rooms are a good size as is the bathroom. Staff are excellent _ always willing to help. The breakfast has variety. The location means it is proximate to some great restaurants and cafes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - staff, rooms, food, fire pit, location. The hotel excursion coordinator also arranged everything for us to visit Machu Picchu (all train tickets, taxis, tour guide), and everything was perfect. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is very well appointed and designed in the classic Spanish colonial fashion. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast excellent, which included welcome amenities like bee pollen to sprinkle on the fruit; something I can't say as I've ever seen before. The room was quiet and the bed generally comfortable.
Cons: I didn't exactly love the room itself. I was informed upon arrival that I had been upgraded to a suite, which is nice, but unnecessary for a single traveler. It turned out that it was a room with a loft and a second bed, and the only thing that served as a desk was a small low coffee table up in said loft. The room had very little natural light, with two small windows that could not be opened, which proved annoying since I tend to sleep much better with a little fresh air. The stale air kept me from getting the best possible night's rest.

Pros: A nice guesthouse on a quiet street, flanked by the terraces of the Pisac ruins. The breakfast here was by far the best we had in all the places we stayed in Peru! Everything was freshly made/cooked to order and included fruit salad, pancakes, juice and hot drinks. Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The building, the decoration and setup are very interesting and reflected well the atmosphere in the town of Pisac. We stayed there one one night, but we would have loved to stay a bit longer if time allowed.
Cons: Like a lot of visitors to Pisac we planned to visit the ruins and to avoid the crowds we wanted to set off very early. Unfortunately, breakfast started late (at 8.15am rather than 8am) and it took 45 minutes for our breakfast to be served. The staff worked diligently to produced the breakfast, they are simply not set up for a quick breakfast service.

9.6 Excellent

6.8 Good
Pros: Location, view
Cons: At checkin, Roger sat us down and energetically told us our room was not ready (we were early) and suggested we upgrade. I said no, so he asked me if we "really wanted" the room we had reserved. I explained we were tired from the long trip and asked if he could watch our bags and we would return later. He persisted in excitedly selling the upgrade. At checkout, no one could explain why I was charged 40 dollars more than what was listed on the bill. (The visa receipt did not match the folio) Of course it was the 10 percent charge at checkout that does appear in the booking email. These games were surprising at an spg hotel. .Everyone Was very nice while they created a sense of confusion that (of course) costs the traveler money. (I am sure worse for those who speak no spanish).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent customer service
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Attentive staff like I've never seen before. Taking care of every need and going above and beyond to make you happy.
Cons: The hotel is a little old and could probably use a face lift.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The property is an historical site and well-located. There are some nice amenities but it is a bit pricey for the value.
Cons: My brother and I were traveling together and we were placed in an exterior room that was uncomfortably warm the entire night with no ability to turn on a fan or air conditioning. We had to open the window to cool off and the noise from the street kept us awake. Also I was offered a coupon to use in the spa, but the spa was so booked that we could not use the coupon. The staff were helpful and friendly though and perhaps visitors should request an interior room which would be more comfortable and quiet.

C$ 795+
Overview Reviews
In the old neighborhood of Pumacurco under the mountain of Sachsahuaman, Belmond Palacio Nazarenas is located in a privileged area surrounded by museums, restaurants and galleries. The hotel is just 10 minutes by car from the four most important ruins in the Cusco area, as well as the White Christ statue. The bohemian and hip neighborhood of San Blas is a 10 minute walk away, and the hotel is only minutes by foot from both the Plaza de Armas, where Cusco’s Cathedral and most important museums are located. Belmond Palacio Nazarenas is located 5 kilometers from Cusco Astete Airport. The hotel is a former 16th century palace and convent and features Inca and colonial pathways, Inca and pre-Inca walls, plus a display of archaeological remains found on site. The building’s original colonial walls have been meticulously rebuilt. The heart and social hub of Belmond Palacio Nazarenas is located within the largest of seven cloistered patios, where a large heated infinity edge pool has been created, a first for Cusco. Alongside the pool is a restaurant under a conservatory roof, offering a menu of organic Andean cuisine. The other patios offer fountains and flowing water channels, similar to those found on the agricultural terraces found in the Sacred Valley and at Machu Picchu. Facilities and services include a restaurant, bar, heated outdoor swimming pool, full service spa with an extensive menu of services, business center, chapel and library. Concierge and room services are available 24 hours. Belmond Palacio Nazarenas is an all-suite hotel with 55 suites, distributed around four patios which feature gardens with flowers, herbs and fruit trees. All accommodations are served by butlers who contact each guest prior to arrival, as well as upon check-in to coordinate all needs during their stay and to provide any information they may need. Cons: Unlike all other hotels I stayed in Peru the Wi-Fi in rooms was in additional charge although my understanding at the time or reservation was that Wi-Fi will be offered as a complimentary service, not only in the shared space but also in room. Also, all others hotel offered complimentary two bottles of water due to poor water quality, however in this hotel the bottles were offered was an extra charge which was also disappointing. There was a heater in the room but it wasn't working. The socket was burnt and unusable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great hotel - staff, rooms, food all very good

Cons: Room service was terrible. The options were little to none and they completely made up what they wanted to give you when you ordered. Only did it once and didn’t do it again!

Pros: Nice courtyard garden space
Cons: The window in the room face the wall way sometime people pass by and make noise

Pros: Janna was lovely and friendly, she gave us lots of information on what to do in town and how much taxis should cost etc. We were brought hot water in a flask so we could make tea in our room and we left bags there for no extra charge whilst we visited the ruins in Pisac. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Janny and her husband are such sweet hosts that made a solo traveler like me, that only speaks a little Spanish, feel at home. You can feel they do what they do with love. They will help you get set up with things to do and if you’re leaving early for a hike, Janny will wake earlier to make you coffee and breakfast. I highly recommend you have them call Simone, a spiritual guide and family man that speaks excellent English. He quickly felt like a friend, and he can take you on private or groups tours. There were so many moments that brought me to tears of joy and appreciation for the land and culture. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!
Cons: I picked the wrong vacation to try to be one of those cool travelers that travels light...I was so cold! The room is simple and I’m good with that, however, it was very cold. I was warm in the shower and warm under the covers of my bed but it was too cold for me to enjoy sitting at the table to journal, for example. I wished for a blow dryer to dry my hair after a shower to help with the cold. Janny or Elena brings each room a big thermos of hot water for tea at 4pm. I love tea so this was such a great treat however it always seemed to be the time I was coming back from an excursion and needed to get into town for a late lunch. I wished I had access to the hot water in the later hours to get warmed up and enjoy the evening in my room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Janny is so sweet and accommodating. She helped us by answering questions, giving directions and insight, and calling our driver when he did not show up. I felt like she was my Peruvian mom! :-) She has hiking poles and full size umbrellas you can use if you need to. Property has lovely breakfast area. and also a nice outside , covered sitting area to relax away from your room. Location is great-- very easy access to Plaza. And there is a mini-mart right next door.
Cons: --- cannot think of anything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Host nice, rooms big, quiet location, extremely clean
Cons: From the street all you can see is a big metal gate, when you get inside it's beautiful. Alberto should hire a painter for his gate and he would get more well deserved business.

7.5 Good
Pros: Fantastic staff, good location, large room, excellent breakfast
Cons: Room was bright very early, water was often warm at best and wifi was very poor in our room. For a room that is over $200 per night these should be much better
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so nice to us. They even provided free airport transfer at the end of our stay:) breakfast is AMAZING!
7.9 Good
Pros: Convenient location, good breakfast.
Cons: Payment & unauthorized charges issues which required contacting booking.com to resolve. At least once during conversations with reception about the issues I've seen another guest on a phone with their bank complaining for double charge - so I am definitely not alone in this.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, staff helped us with all our problems, picked bustickets for us, breakfast was delicious, hot water in shower, very pleasure stay
Cons: The lady with souveniers and llama by the breakfast is little too much....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful boutique hotel. Very welcoming environment sitting near the fire with the coca tea. Our room was a beautifully appointed suite with a nice little terrace. Excellent breakfast, with a wide selection of food in a nice courtyard.
Cons: We liked everything! Muchas gracias.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific staff, great location, beautiful refurbished manor, comfortable beds and nice showers, and the food is world class and standouts.
Cons: Nothing negative to say
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Super caring staff that foresees all your concerns and wishes, very supportive and kind. For example, they helps you to order a tour you like for affordable price just at night before the tour. You done need to worry much planning in advance. Speaking good English. They prepared “to go” breakfast for us twice in the early mornings when we had to leave before 6AM. The service really exceeds your expectations. The atmosphere is relaxing and stylish. Thank you
Cons: Maybe towels can be changed. However, we had a chance to compere the stay at a different boutique hotel in Cusco and all “negatives” about Andean wings is just a nice suggestion which a cannot overweight all positive experience.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is fantastic. Casa de Conde has beautiful gardens and varied seating areas for guests to enjoy. The property has a small lodge with couches, stone masonry walls, and a small pot belly stove. The lodge has a refrigerator and microwave for guests to use. The lodge is beautifully appointed with traditional art and handiwork. Everything on the property is perfectly cleaned and well maintained. Jorge, the owner, is so helpful and interesting. As part of our breakfast, Jorge cooked each guest eggs to order. He will also explain how to get around Písac, and anything else you want to know about the area. This beautiful garden-park hotel is nestled in a rural setting surrounded by nearby majestic mountains. The property is slightly uphill so it over looks neighboring farmland being cultivated using Incan farming techniques. You can sit in the hotel gardens and enjoy this several beautiful views, depending which way you look. The main downtown Písac plaza is a 10 - 15 minute walk away down a well maintained gravel road that has night time street lights for added safety. The rustic tranquility of the property and natural beauty of the area makes this hotel one of a kind.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: This is a family run hotel who offer excellent hospitality. A lot of care and attention has been put into the hotel from the murals in the garden to the breakfast menu. We particularly enjoyed having fresh fruit with breakfast looking at the Pisac ruins. The walk to town is very quick and everyone we met on the way was very welcoming and friendly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A nice guesthouse on a quiet street, flanked by the terraces of the Pisac ruins. The breakfast here was by far the best we had in all the places we stayed in Peru! Everything was freshly made/cooked to order and included fruit salad, pancakes, juice and hot drinks. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable with a good working hot shower and reliable wifi. Its a short walk to the market and restaurants etc and the entrance to the pathway for the hike up/down one side of the ruins.

Pros: Best hotel breakfast we had during our travels!! Lovely quiet location and staff committed to make our stay a highlight of our trip. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Pisac...staff was super friendly and very helpful, location was quiet and scenic yet close to everything and breakfast was to die for! Highly recommended!
