Nice and clean. Nothing more you could have asked for given the price
It was right were I needed to be
I was not given information about using the room key card to give electric to room for lights by plugging it Into the socket on wall in room
The room was great! Comfy beds and sitting area and the bathroom was big and very clean. The shower was fantastic and there were shampoo and body wash available. Room service was excellent (the menu had great variety) and the breakfast buffet had lots of options.
Room temperature was not very good. Either too hot or too cold. In addition to that, the view from the room was bad and at night it was a bit noisy so it made it hard to sleep. Also, the wifi kept disconnecting from my phone every time I locked it.
Good sized room. Tidy and Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice biscuits left in room! Also nice to have a good working iron in room.
Loud outside with city traffic. Sirens etc. But couldn't help of course. Always sounded if the window was open. Can also here the elevator "bing bong" from the room.
Staff were kind, friendly and helpful
Windows in the rooms need replacing....too much road noise. The food prices in the restaurant were too expensive. Price of drinks too expensive.....I've eat and drank in cheaper in comparable London hotels.
