Pros: Staff was pleasant and accommodating and help us store our bikes in a spare room.
Pros: Large, clean, well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds, even the pull out sofa! Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Location was great!
Pros: The staff was excellent, great customer service and the room was great, spacious and clean.
Cons: We were put on the first floor and all night we could people above us walking and moving around, it was extremely loud.
Pros: Everything was nice and clean. Room is a good size, bed is comfy. Breakfast selection could be improved.
Pros: It was a suite with separate sitting area. Great location and great breakfast. The staff helped with booking shuttle to the airport.
Cons: I originally booked a double Queen bedroom suite and we only had one queen bed and a pullout couch.
Pros: We had some medical needs and the hotel staff went out of their way to make it easier for us! There was a delivery of medical supplies prior to our arrival and they put it in our room. We were so appreciative!

Pros: Clean and good location
Pros: Spending time chatting with the owner Hitest and seeing how well his family worked together to upkeep the facilities.
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer.
Pros: For the price, the hotel is good. Liked to touch of the water bottles, fruit and granola bars.
Cons: Is a little outdated but again for the price is ok. Would have like soap in the bathroom, had to use my body wash (lol)
Pros: Friendly staff comfy bed.
Cons: They gave us two key to choose which one we wanted. One key opened both doors. A bit nerve racking. No curtain on bathroom window so privacy was a risk. Holes in curtain and blind bend so people can see in.
Pros: The room was lovely...even a small couch and coffee table. Little thoughtful touches such as extra water in the fridge and apple juice, a basket on the table with fruit, granola bars and cookies. Also a Keurig coffee maker with all needed to brew. Little extras you don't get everywhere.
Pros: The room is clean and tidy...
Cons: The air conditioning´s noise
Pros: Everything was clean comfortable and the staff were great ..I would come back here in a heart beat

Pros: Coffee and cost.
Cons: The beds are very uncomfortable and the air conditioning way too cold. The AC is wasting so much electricity and money. The halls were unbelievably cold
Pros: The A/C was too high. Very cold.
Pros: Great value for money. Liked the privacy of two separate rooms. It is a dorm, so not cozy.
Pros: The location for me and my husband was perfect because we were able to visit family nearby. It was clean and a good kitchen area. The staff - particularly Monica and Jared, were super and we were very grateful for all they did.
Cons: The bedding was too small! It wouldn’t cost much to have sheets that fit the bed!
Pros: It was cleaner than expected in the room.
Cons: Wifi was only on the lobby and barely usable because everybody is sitting there and using it heavily. They have wired internet access so I do not know why don't they offer a wifi router as a service at least, they can just put in in the room, plug in and charge whatever fee they look reasonable.
Pros: Very disappointed from the overall experience. The staff there doesn't know what's going on at all. Firstly, we were given rooms that still had personal belongings from previous people. When reported to the reception at 11pm the lady on duty, asked me if i can wait with my toddler until she sorts out "tonight reservation quickly" and then will come and see because she didn't believe me. On the next day i was supposed to have my preauthorisation returned, but instead i was charged once again. When i called them, the lady on the phone said that according to their system I have never showed up?! After I described the whole building and the fact that firstly, we were given some rooms which later on where changed she told me that " It's Monday morning and she has a lot to do, so she will call me by tomorrow with an update". In stead of a call, i received an email saying she doesn;t know how to call international numbers and thus she is writing to me without even an apology, that the problem is in my bank because they haven't updated that the money are released?! In addition to the fact that the customer service was rubbish, the amenities weren;t clean to a good standard and there wasn;t a night light so we had to sleep with lights on because of our baby.

Cons: There was no cable box. Spoke to front desk staff several times about this and was always told, don't worry we will fix it. I requested compensation and owner was finally notified on departure date and said she would get back to me but never has.
Pros: No eggs but bed is so comfortable
Cons: Update your rooms, fridge did not work, noisy air conditioner, limited tv channels, bathroom was disgusting.
Pros: The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was decent. The cleaning needs much more attention, at least in my room-#115. The room was also in need of some repairs and not just patches. Very tired looking. Very few channels available on the tv. A desk/table was included but no office type chair, only an easy chair. Room was big enough. Nice to have a Keurig coffee matching and a fridge and microwave.
Cons: Cleaning, bathroom floor and beside bed by night table specifically. In need of and updating and repairs to walls for example. The bed was comfortable to lay in but not to sit on the side as very saggy.
Cons: No elevator, but only 2 floors, so not that bad
Pros: Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Pros: The waffle maker.
Cons: We could have spent a little more money and received much more accommodations elsewhere that would have been closer to our destination (Niagra Falls).
Pros: Good relation between price and quality. Clean. Easy to get bus. Kind personal.
Cons: Smell bad
Pros: Very comfortable room. Continental breakfast was excellent.
Cons: I had to call since there was no fridge in the room. Then I had to call again because the cable wiring was missing for the television.
Pros: Location is good. We booked 3 rooms. 2 of 3 were terrible, smelly, old carpet, not very clean. Not very many options in the area. Sorry for the bad review, not staff's fault.
Cons: Very old. Patchy renovations. Price should be much less. Air freshener does not remove old smoke residue, only renovations do.
Pros: Very friendly staff, very clean facility, continental breakfast was good. We have no complaints about our stay here.

Pros: Bed was comfortable but not a Queen as booked Water pressure
Cons: No control for heat Bed not a queen only a double Too much furniture over crowded Very run down Birds rattled and nesting in air conditioner Tub and shower needs major work Very out dated
Pros: All though there is a couple of tenants on site year round with few rooms available, this hotel is far one of the best I have seen. Its a Indian Family own, very courteous and friendly, helpful. Rooms comes with 2 bottles of water and popcorn for snack. Rooms a very neatly clean. Wifi is excellent. Owner allows you to BBQ on site away from the building on a picnic bench. There is McD, Hareys, Swiss Charlotte, Dollar Store and No Frills within 5 min walk of hotel. I recommend this hotel for family travel, its affordable and within 10-15 min from Crystal Beach.
Cons: Property is fine just may need a playground for the kids, since owner have children them selves.
Pros: Located is a decent area. The beds were comfortable. The owner is lovely and was willing to check me in past check in time.
Cons: Rooms were outdated. There is no housekeeping service between nights. The bathroom was not cleaned properly prior to check in. The bedroom door was difficult to lock.
Cons: Could not get rid of CC on TV no help from staff with this problem Parking not the best due to staff taking up spots
Pros: fridge, A/C, TV and coffee maker in the room, good water pressure
Cons: bed was terrible, mattress was U shaped so didn't get a good sleep, loud highway noise from trucks and motorbike all night long, carpet was miserable, dated furniture, rusty bathroom pieces. the whole building need to be leveled and re-built.
Pros: It was a place to stay last minute
Cons: the room could have been a lot cleaner. Over all
Pros: I DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST
Pros: The owner was lovely.
Cons: The room smelled musty. The WiFi didn’t work. The toilet ran all night and I was unable to fix it going into the tank. The entry door was flimsy enough that I felt I had to lock the screen door which didnt’ close properly. This is a cute little motel but although I rarely feel unsafe while traveling alone I didn’t feel entirely comfortable here.

Cons: Walls were thin and could hear neighbours
Pros: Very good bed. Microwave & fridge available. Nice, enjoyable place. Friendly & forthcoming staff. Good value for the buck.
Cons: The carpet - old and stained - was smelling. The shower bar falling down.
Pros: I like that it was comfortable, very clean and quiet place. The price per night was a fair one.
Pros: Flooring was lifting up on one side of the bed. Linens not changed one day. Air conditioner old and noisy. Water pressure great. Water nice and hot. No bath mat for the tub though.
Pros: Clean, good location, not very expensive.
Pros: Had no difficulties with check in or out.
Pros: The room at Knights Inn was very comfortable. There were two chairs and a table to eat at. The breakfast was well supplied with the essentials - bagels, bread for toast, butter, peanut butter and jam, cream cheese, coffee, juice, cereal, milk etc. We had our breakfast outside at a picnic table both mornings, and bought supper items from Sobeys, which was very close, and also ate at a picnic table. The bed was comfortable. There was a fridge, and microwave. The most pleasant surprise was the Keurig. The room had pods as well. The manager was super accommodating to requests, and acted promptly to restock breakfast items. The pool looked very nice. We didn’t have a chance to use it. We biked several trails, which were in close proximity to the Inn. We will stay there the next time we holiday in the Niagara Falls area.
Cons: The air conditioner was noisy. However, by the second night we were used to it.
Pros: toast and jam and coffee was ok
Cons: a little out dated buildings
Pros: Alright place for the price $90 a night, but we've paid this elsewhere in the Toronto area for much more comfortable and cleaner rooms.
Cons: Our room had a carpet that was stained and seemed dirty, the shower had a huge hole in the drywall and a rusty drain, and the remote for the tv was dead before we arrived. The bed was very uncomfortable and my partner and I did not sleep well for the two nights we stayed. Additionally we both felt the need to shower profusely when arriving home.
Pros: Bed was surprisingly comfortable and loved the swim before bed and that I could have an actual tub bath. Extra 3rd pillow also nice. Havvong a light by the bed that actually worked would have been nice to read with.
Cons: The light fixture was lovely but there was a loose connection in the wiring at the plug and it only would flash on a second with wiggling. No where else comfy to read. Pool could stand a bit of pint job but was absolutely lovely nevertheless. Please don’t close it. Miss the waffle iron you used to have
Pros: Nothing all bad
Cons: Old smelly room gross mould on the curtains. Bathroom old dirty. Not a place to go.

Cons: Bedsheet was dirty with some blood mark on it and the room feels dusty same as the carpet was not really clean at all I had to leave at 930pm without sleeping there due to the cleanliness
Pros: The location was perfect! The internet was so bad we had to go to a Best Western twenty minutes away.
Cons: The internet was virtually nonexistent.
Pros: Location good
Cons: Outside looking it’s terrible
Pros: Nothing i was scared to stay there ..
Cons: Everything. Not a safe place to go
Pros: Location was ok. No breakfast avail. Staff was very unpleasant.
