Hotel Alexander

Clean and warm room. Strong wifi signal strengths.

Strong noises all night long. There's no restaurant at all. The nearest restaurant is in half an hour walking distance. Grumpy receptionist.

The staff were very rude on check-in. On the second night there was a Russian couple that arrived slightly late, they had told the hotel in advance that they were going to be late; the hotel said this is fine. Once they arrived they waited for an hour and nobody showed. When we rang the number for the reception we were told nobody will be coming and they would have to wait till the morning. I don't know where they spent the night.

Just the location

There are steps, no elevator, no staff to assist, you don’t actually see anybody except you get harassed by the housekeeper after 9am, trying to enter the room, she didn’t make up the bed, didn’t clean anything (I stayed for 2 nights) the only thing she changed was the towel. The room was freezing when I came in, no change to heated up. This place is a joke and overpriced for the misery! I do no recommend it to anyone!!

the price and transport facilities. It has a small zoo and a great dog on it! Kids were happy there

the air was smoky and a little bit wet. carpet in the room had dirty spots. tv and remotes were in something dirty. A guy on reception did speak English. It was really hard to understand the rules of the hotel. Basically, it was not a hotel, mostly it looks like a motel. if I started to consider it as a motel I would say it was good motel 4/5. During the night we heard noisy sounds and music.
