Smiling charming staff in resturants ,bar, housekeeping and activities. , good location on beach , nice accomodations and gardens , honest good food .
Petty things. (1.) Room rate quoted in us dollars, wanted to pay in euros , this attracted a 5% premium over local exchange rate.(2) Had to pay USD 30 extra to use room safe box key. (3) Reception staff poor and welcome lacking , generally not helpfull nor interested .

The staff at the restaurant were very nice and the show was amazing.
I did not realize when I booked that the building I stayed at was the older rooms. I saw the rooms at the palace and they were by far much nicer and had ocean views. I did make a big deal as I was on my honeymoon and did not need to have the luxary room. But if I ever go there again I probably would expect to get the rooms at the Palace.

“Property was okay but not a 3 star hotel. Staff was nice, always smiled. Pool area is nice but not big enough for the amount of rooms (guests). In the busy season it’s very crowded. Good entertainment but not a place to relax. It’s always loud. A lot of kids, teenagers, and partying/drunk college kids.”
