Of course.) and that airports don't spend the moments it would take implement a protocol to systematically shepherd passengers through *appropriate* levels of screening based on variables such as departure times and past record. Aw, but that'd be too complicated. So screw us, one and all."

Gate agent required us to check our perfectly legal carry on bags due to a supposed lack of overhead space. After seating, we saw nothing but empty space in our seating area. This caused luggage to miss connection in Athens, and we had no bags in Mykonos. Totally avoidable and unacceptable. My last U A flight !
The flight was canceled in the middle of the night with no explanation, and Lufthansa did not reschedule us on the same flight for the next day. We requested a non-stop flight like the one we had, but Lufthansa placed us on two flights (Germany to Paris and then Paris to Texas).
The in-seat TV systems have good selection but the interface is slow, like a computer that is 10 years old and barely responds to commands. When you tap on buttons there is often a lag or the screen doesn't respond at all. I'd recommend having a basic meal option on all flights. The flight offered a chicken or pasta dish, but the chicken was some strange barbecue sauce with a puree and fancy cole slaw that didn't go together. Why not a basic chicken with rice dish? I wanted the pasta but instead of a basic tomato sauce it was an alfredo. I understand the idea of trying to make an airline meal fancier but it's going to be subpar no matter what you do, so why not strike the middle and stick with basics that most people will enjoy? Pasta with tomato sauce and a couple meatballs, with a biscuit, and a chocolate chip cookie or chocolate brownie for dessert--cheap and easy.
We were faced with cancelled reservations when boarding in Charles De Gaulle. The staff at the desk were amazing and retrieved our reservations and obtained seats for us all the way through Buenos Aires. We are so thankful for the dedication of the staff at the check-in desk and will always consider Lufthansa first when flying worldwide.

Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .

Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.

He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."
