Pros (+) The decor was the highlight of the stay. I was only in for a night but that didn't stop the service from giving their best.
Cons (-) I was on the first floor right on the street and I mean right on the street. The noise wasn't an issue as much as the people on the sidewalk looking right in my room. The tv didn't work. I found this out after coming home late and felt it eccentric to call to have it fixed at 2 am especially when you're only there for 1 night. Lastly, there were ants in my room. Pros (+) Got a good long term discount on the room. Nice coffee downstairs. Restaurant closed for renovations much of the time I was there, which was disappointing. Room bright and clean and comfortable. Right on top of the subway, though lots of repairs and delays when I was in town.
Cons (-) Housekeeping could have been a little more meticulous. Sometimes things weren't replaced.
