Staff unfriendly and not helpful. They didn't call me letting me know that they were going to rent my vehicle so when I arrived they had no rental car available.Cons:

The process, and light traffic of people at the airport, made it a breeze.Cons:

The manager at the chino hills location for Avis was a big help. Otherwise the service was horrible and I will never use Avis again. I will use them as an example of bait and switch.Cons:
Almost everything. Avis is horrible. Thanks to Kayak for providing a good option. I would not take the insurance again as it does not cover the entire replacement cost of the vehicle. Lesson learned to take your insirance option. Slick marketing though.10.0 Wonderful

The Dodge Grand Caravan was not Bluetooth equipped, so that was a challenge. Other than that it was an excellent vehicle, spacious and comfortable and traveled the distance well.One location in Rancho Cucamonga
