Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access transportation. The staff received high marks for being friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to assist guests. Many found the beds to be very comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, several guests noted issues with noise from the street at night, which sometimes disturbed sleep. The lack of an elevator was also mentioned as a drawback, especially for those with mobility concerns. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
