Cons (-) * Smallest king room that I have ever stayed in (even among boutique hotels) * Hot tub was not working, despite being brand new - I came to Reno for Tough Mudder and that was one of my main reasons for staying there was to come back and soak in a nice new hot tub

Pros (+) Stayed out late on New Year's Eve. Woke up the next morning and there were no pillowcases on the pillows that we were sleeping on in the bed. Also the inside of the shower was not cleaned the glass was not wipe down. Ran the thermostat on 80° and it never got hotter than 70° in the room it was cold.
